Returns Policy

Standard Size Products

All products made in standard sizes with no customisation are refundable.

Please notify us within 7 days of receipt if you would like to return the product

Please return the item within 14 days of receipt.

All products must be returned unused, with tags and in the new condition they were sent in. Returns will not be accepted with odours such as food, smoke and perfume.

Made To Measure And Customised Products

In compliance with UK laws customised or made to measure products cannot be returned

However, for your peace of mind, we will send you a sample Toile approximaly 5 days after order to check your fit (UK and European customers only.) and every made to measure product comes with 1 free alteration. Customers must confirm fitting of Toile and Fabric Swatch in 1 day of reciving them, otherwise the delivery date will exceed 4 weeks.

If the product was not made according to the measurements given, then ZELEB will endeavor to alter or remake the product. In the case when measurements were incorrectly made by the customer, ZELEB will only alter what is possible which excludes increasing size or length.

Zeleb will notify the customer if the "MUST HAVE BY DATE" cannot be achieved, and will refund the purchase if delays where not caused by customers delay in confirming Toile fitting, measurement queries or fabric swatches.

Zeleb requires 10 working days to make alterations if necessary, and will only refund if alterations cannot be completed within 10 working days. Customers must take into account this extra time.

Request for alteration must be made within 5 working days of receiving the product.
