Returns Policy
A) Goods not yet dispatched.
If goods have not yet been dispatched, please contact us with your order number to cancel
B) If Goods have been dispatched
If goods have been dispatched, please contact us in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Complete the form enclosed in the delivery and return it with the items in the addressed envelope. You must pay postage if the items are returned for a refund or exchange (customer service will advise you on returns made because of a fault or delivery mistake). We recommend you insure the delivery, as responsibility of the goods is yours until they arrive to us.
We require the goods to be returned to us within 14 days (of you receiving them), in their original condition for a full refund (excluding the delivery charge.) Some products are non-returnable and indicated by NR in the product description.
If the product is faulty or you received the wrong items, please contact us for to receive a refund or a new delivery.
C) Made To Measure Products
If you wish to cancel an order, the cancellation request must be sent to us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Made to Measure garments. A free alteration is offered, if notification is sent to us within 7 days of receipt. Please note not all alterations are possible and we reserve the right to decline unreasonable requests. The customer is responsible for postage of returns.
If your garment has been received damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange repair or a replacement. Returned items will not be accepted if they have been used or if Tags/Labels have been removed.
