Measure the chest girth by placing the tape just above the bust and under your arms. Please breath naturally.
Bust Girth
Measure the bust girth by placing the tape over the fullest part of the bust and around the back. Please breath normally.
Under Bust Girth
Measure the under bust girth by placing the tape around your body just under your bust.
Waist Girth
Measure the waist girth by placing the tape around the narrowest part of your waist, usually above the belly button. Point F
High Hip Girth
The high hip is approximately 10 centimetres below the waist, where you begin to feel the pelvic bone. Place the tape around your body at this point. Point G
Hip Girth
Measure around the fullest part of your hip which is usually over your bottom. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and do not pull tight. Point H.
Thigh Girth
Place the tape around both thighs at the fullest point. Do not pull the tape tight. Ensure there is a 10cm gap between your feet.
Neck Base To Bustpoint
Place the tape at the base of the neck to one side and measure directly to the bust point on the same side. Points A to E.
Waist to High Hip
Measure the length between the waist point - usually the narrowest point of the waist, and the high hip, at the point where the pelvic bone begins. Points F to G.
Waist to Full Hip
Measure the length between the waist point - usually the narrowest point of the waist, and the full hip point - where the hip is widest. Points F to H.
Waist to Knee
Measure the length between the waist - usually the narrowest point of the waist, and the knees by hanging the tape from the waist. Points F to G.
Waist to Hem
Measure from the waist down to where you want the dress to end. The point where the dress falls down to (hemline) depends on your preference and the style.
Nape to Waist
Measure directly down from the nape to the waist point - usually the narrowest part of the waist. The nape is the lowest point at the base of the neck. Points N to P.
Sleeve
Measure from the top of the arm to the wrist point. Points R to S.
Armhole Girth
Loop the tape from the shoulder point, over the front under the arm and back to the shoulder point. Ensure the tape is not tight or loose.
Wrist Measurement
Measure around the wrist. Using the bone at the wrist as the marker.
