Ordering A Made Measure Dress

The ZELEB made to measure service, is a true couture dress making process. Unlike other dress makers who simply cut down larger dresses to fit, every ZELEB dress is made from scratch starting with a pattern drawn for your shape and measurements. The process and time scales are as follows:

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation within 1 hour. If the email is not received, check that you have registered with a correct email address and contact us. You can also check your registration and order details by logging into your account. Make sure you watch our Video Measurement Guide, when placing your order.

Approximately 7 days after your order is placed, you will receive a Toile and fabric sample in the post (this applies to UK and European Customers only.)

The Toile is a fitted body piece tailored to the measurements on your order. It is made from a low cost fabric used for constructing trial patterns. Put it on and check that it fits you well. The fabric swatch is an actual sample of the fabric and colour for the main material of your dress.

If you are happy with the material sample and Toile then inform us immediately so that the actual dress can be completed. If not, contact us to make changes to the measurements or fabric chosen.

The dress will be completed 20 days after confirmation that the Toile and fabric sample is acceptable. It is normal if you do not hear from us during this time. If you wish to get an update on your order, just contact us.

Your dress will be delivered on day 20 and arrive on day 21 (for UK customers). If you are not in the UK, see the delivery page for delivery times to your country.
